Hammond Collier has served as consulting city engineer for municipalities, including the City of Marysville, City of Lake Forest Park, City of Brier, the City of Gold Bar, and the City of Entiat, Washington. In this capacity, we have provided comprehensive engineering services including planning, engineering, analysis, design, construction phase services, operational support, and day-to-day consultation.

We also provide consulting engineering services to county, utility and state agencies; commercial developers; and corporations.
