Community Support - Newspaper in Education Literacy Program

Hammond Collier was recognized in The Wenatchee World newspaper for our contribution to the Newspaper in Education Literacy Program (NIE). This program provides local schools with resources to help promote youth readership. Upon request, NIE provides teachers with lesson plans, free newspapers, and other educational services the help promote reading. The newspapers act like textbooks that are updated daily and provide a wealth of knowledge for students and teachers alike.
