Hammond Collier’s Materials Testing Team consists of technicians that are an AASHTO Certified Laboratory with ICBO, ACI, and NCMA. In addition, our technicians utilize AASHTO Design Standards and WSDOT Specifications. Hammond Collier provides Materials Testing to city, county, and state agencies; commercial developers; and corporations.
